The alliance marched off to face off against Cheonma.[?] Working together, their combined assault exhausted Cheonma's qi.[2] Almost everybody died, with only a one-armed Cheongmyeong left standing, and an exhausted Cheonma pierced by multiple swords. Cheongmyeong charged forward to decapitate the Heavenly Demon, who had already resigned himself to his fate, and acknowledged the Plum Blossom Sword Saint's skill. Soon after, Cheongmyeong succumbed to his injuries and fell on the battlefield.[1]

Etymology[]
In the official English webtoon, he is referred to as Cheonma.[1][2] The Chinese name Tianmo (天魔) translates to heavenly demon or omen, while the Korean spelling (천마) literally translates to heavenly horse. On the wiki, we use Cheonma, following the name used in the official English translation of the webtoon. However, many fans also call him Chun Ma. If you see instances of Chun Ma outside of etymology sections, please help us correct this.
